By entering Amazonia Singapore, I/we consent to these terms and conditions (which also incorporate the privacy notice available on our website as updated from time to time without prior notice (“these T&C”). Adults (aged 18 years and above) bringing minors to Amazonia Singapore represent that they have the authority to agree that these T&C apply to such minors, and hereby indemnify Amazonia Singapore against any claim by the minor or his/her parent or legal guardian arising from such representations being false.

1. Tickets booked and paid for on line are non refundable. Due to crowd limitations we regret to advise that any no show will not be refunded and can not be rescheduled. An advance on line booking may be rescheduled to be used within one month of the original booking date if requested at least 48 hours prior to the original booking schedule. Refunds are not possible in this circumstance.
2. Guests shall abide by the reasonable directions issued by Amazonia Singapore’s personnel, announcements broadcast and notices posted, in Amazonia Singapore as well as other terms and conditions, policies and rules as Amazonia Singapore may issue from time to time regarding Amazonia Singapore.
3. I agree to return the Amazonia card issued to me at check-in and make full payment upon exit. I understand that loss of card will incur a $7 penalty fee.
4. Identification may be required as proof of age and/or family status:
5. Guardians who are not parents must be at least 18 years of age
6. As part of Amazonia’s continuous efforts to keep our facility safe for everyone, I/we agree to be subjected to our admission processes which includes: o Undergoing body temperature screening o Agreeing to Safe Entry regulations
7. If it is conveniently possible, to install and activate “Trace Together” App for the purpose of contact tracing
8. Ensure the wear of Face Masks, Socks and maintain safe distancing measures when in the park by all your guests

To ensure that all guests experience maximum enjoyment during their visit to AMAZONIA, the following house rules shall apply:

1. In agreement with Amazonia, I agree to ensure that my child/children, or any other children in my care, are supervised at all times i.e. the supervision of the child/children is not the responsibility of Amazonia team
2. My child is/children are not behaving in such a manner as to cause any danger or discomfort to themselves or others. As such, I will not hold the owners, management, and staff of Amazonia liable for any pain, injury, or death that may be sustained by the above child/children during your visit. Any unruly behavior may lead to loss of privileges or eviction from premise
3. Due to nature of the activities within the park, I/we hereby acknowledge that there are risks with inherent injuries involved and I agree to undertake these risks on my own accord.
4. That I/ we shall not hold the operators, owners, directors and staffs of the park and all its affiliated companies responsible and liable for any injuries, damages, illness or death resulting from admission, patronage and the use of our services and equipment at the park.
5. Socks must be worn at all times by everyone entering into the premises.
6. Re-entry pass is required at check-in for guests who wish to use washroom or exit temporarily during playtime duration
7. Guests who decide to leave the centre for meals are required to settle the payment first. If returning later, normal admission fees apply.
8. Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the premise (unless it's baby soft food)
9. Intoxicated persons and unsupervised minors will not be granted entry
10. Management reserves the rights to refuse or remove entry to any person who we believe to be unwell
11. Damages caused through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to guests
12. As a customer i will comply with the necessary and applicable safety and safe management measures and understand the need for such rules to be in effect
